Senior Consultant (m/d) für Facharztpraxen / Kliniken Dermatologie (Biologika) Region: Ost-Germany (Berlin, Stendal, Magdeburg, Halberstadt, Dessau-Roßlau)

• Development of customer relationships in the field of dermatology to established specialists (w/m/d) and clinics as well as professional support of defined target customers (w/m/d)
• Transfer of a customer-specific value-added strategy
• Creation and implementation of customer plans and customer-specific measures
• Responsibility for achieving the agreed sales objectives in compliance with the cost budget and the compliance guidelines
• Implementation of scientific training under the applicable legal requirements (HWG/AKG Code)
• Participation in congresses
• Development and implementation of own concepts for sales promotion and customer care in cross-functional coordination with the areas involved, taking into account the company strategy

And convince by a qualified profile:

• Qualification according to § 75 AMG as a certified pharmaceutical agent (w/m/d); relevant scientific university degree desirable
• Insufficient professional practice in the field of pharmaceutical practice and clinic services
• Experience in the field of therapy of biologics within dermatology and/or in a KAM function in the specialist field as well as corresponding professional competence in the field of biologic therapy
• Market knowledge and demonstrable successes in the field of pharmaceutical services and customer support
• Know-how in the application of omnichannel sales strategies and project management
• Sales competency, customer-oriented communication skills as well as argumentation skills and joy to inspire others
• Individual initiative, commitment and target orientation
• Ready for continuous further development
