You design the medium-term planning, control and optimization of all material flow, shipping and customs-relevant processes in intralogistics, in the goods receipt (Goods Receipt) and shipping ( Shipment) and ensure smooth processes. As a competent manager, you will develop the team leaders and create an environment with clear priorities through strong cooperation by tuning the implementation of the overall logistics strategy with the department management. Through your choices, you guarantee and optimise a stable, efficient, sustainable and quality-proof flow of material. You combine operational requirements with strategic goals and bring both levels together effectively. The capacity, personnel and area planning as well as the further development of relevant KPIs in material handling are also part of your responsibility. Analysis, standardization and auditing of the processes – from receipt of goods to dispatch – will drive you to improvements and make important impulses for successful change projects.

Complete subject-specific studies, e.g. in logistics management, supply chain management, economic engineering or BWL with a focus on logistics, alternatively a comparable training with additional training Long-term professional experience in a comparable position as well as disciplinary and professional leadership experience – at best practice in managing team and group management High self-motivation, good understanding, accuracy and analytical and solution-oriented thinking Joy in work in the team and desire for diplomatic communication Very good German and good English skills
