The IB-based outpatient care service Medius provides nursing people in the south of Berlin, mainly in the districts Charlottenburg, Schöneberg, Steglitz and Tempelhof-Schöneberg. For the outpatient care service Medius, conQuaesso is looking for a nursing service (w/m/d) at 01.01.2027 in Berlin

Technical, organisational and economic management of the outpatient care service according to SGB V and SGB XI leadership, motivation and further development of the care team as well as ensuring high care and quality standards Control and optimization of care processes, in particular patient intake, touring planning, care needs determination and performance accounting Coordination of daily business including care and administrative tasks Confidential cooperation with members, cooperation partners and other stakeholders

Completed training as examinated nursing staff as well as further training for nursing staff (at least 460 hours) or comparable degree At least two-year practical professional experience in the learned nursing profession within the last five years Knowledge of quality standards for nursing and very good PC skills in documentation, reporting and service planning Embossed organisational skills, sense of responsibility and a structured way of working Very good German knowledge and communication skills and intercultural sensitivity
