Responsibility for action and results in the planning, construction and operation of engineering works and related tasks, processes and projects Establishment and support of the construction program “Bauwerke” and control of the building plans and designs Controlling the technical design to achieve milestones of buildings and for the objectively correct performance, performance and achievement of the department Coordination of interdisciplinary project planning with road design planning, surveying, acquisition of land and environmental planning and operation/transport awarding, processing, control and testing (depreciation and residual use) of planning orders from the branch for engineering works and their support and coordination with road and environmental planners

Closed scientific (special)high school studies, field of civil engineering with deepening of constructive engineering or equivalent expertise, qualifications and experience In-depth knowledge and long-term professional experience in the field of tasks ([FStrG], [ZTV‐ING], [GWB], [VgV], [UVgO]) Funded knowledge in construction project management and construction program control (focus: constructive engineering) Knowledge of the administrative structure and procedures of road construction management

That would be desirable: Good Microsoft Office knowledge and the willingness to work into new programs, including the software Arriba/Rib iTWO Knowledge of the application of the ‘SIB building’ programme
