Guidewire Functional Consultant im Team Core Insurance (m/f/d)

With you, we drive forward the digital transformation in the field of composite insurance. You accompany the introduction, development and integration of Guidewire solutions such as PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter or BillingCenter. You also support the sales team to clearly position complex IT solutions in early sales phases. Analyze: You structure technical requirements in Guidewire projects and document them clearly and understandably Implementation: With you, we introduce Guidewire modules, configure them and integrate them into existing system landscapes – especially for contract, damage and billing processes Optimize: You remodel existing business processes, for example in product modeling, polishing or damage regulation, in close coordination with the departments. Means: You act as a link between specialist and IT. You translate technical requirements into technical specifications and agree closely with developer teams, testers and product owners. Testing: You develop user stories and test cases and perform system and acceptance tests. Enable: You can provide technical specifications and training documents in a comprehensible way – and give your knowledge on a targeted basis. Participation: Together with sales, you create customer-oriented solutions and accompany new projects. You co-ordinate technical contributions in RfPs and agree closely with architect:inside, developer teams and product managers. So you make sure we bring innovations into customer projects.

Education: completed studies of (economic) informatics, economics or comparable IT training. Experience: Multiannual practice as a business analyst or consultant in the insurance environment, ideally with focus on composite insurance (kfz, property, liability, accident) Knowledge: sound knowledge in at least one guidewire module such as PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter or BillingCenter are a plus Project Practice: Experience with IT transformation projects in the insurance sector – for example in the migration of old systems to guidewire. Methodology competence: familiar with agile working methods such as Scrum or SAFe as well as tools such as Jira and Confluence. Language competency: reliable in German and English (min. C1) – in meetings, documentation and customer communication Flexibility: readiness to occasionally travel in Germany Your personality
