Senior Physician (m/f/d)

The clinic for Geriatrie at the Naumburg site is currently treating 34 beds of people of higher age with acute and chronic diseases. In order to respond appropriately to the specific needs of traumatological geriatric patients, the clinic is already actively cooperating with the Orthopaedics and Trauma Surgery Clinic in the development of treatment concepts. The plan is to extend the number of beds in the traumatological area as well as certification as an age traumatological centre.

To strengthen the team of Geriatrie, we are looking for a senior physician (w/m/d).

The non-profit SRH Klinikum Burgenlandkreis GmbH includes two hospitals with a total of 750 beds, 16 specialist departments and more than 1,000 employees at the locations in Naumburg and Zeitz. The clinic location Naumburg is an academic teaching hospital of the University Hospital in Jena and the University of Halle and has 470 beds. 16,000 stationary and 22,000 outpatient patients are treated annually. Our 13 specialist clinics and functional areas offer a wide and reliable basic care supplemented with specialized offers in all diagnostic and therapeutic areas. Comprehensive diagnostic and therapeutic care of our geriatric/agestraumatological patient:in Conducting internalistic diagnostics (24-h-RR, 24-h-EKG, sonographies, punctions, ZVK plant, etc.) Head of the weekly interdisciplinary team meeting Participation in the internalist/geriatric readiness service Technical guidance of our assistant physicians and doctors

Senior Consultant (w/m/d) for Internal Medicine, General Medicine or Neurology with additional name Geriatrie or specialist (w/m/d) for Internal Medicine and Geriatrie Commitment to the development and co-design of a separate responsibility area Patient orientation and economic thinking and action Team and communication skills as well as high social competence
