Control and assignment of IT, software and hardware requirements via company-specific IT workflows Control of change requests and disturbances at ITM as well as management, installation, control and control of IT privileges in line functions Identification, derivation, assignment and follow-up of incoming internal action points by priority Contact person:in for subject-specific IT questions, reception and support of internal and external IT guests (e.g. customers, politics, public authorities) and specialist IT support for local project enthusiasts and for authorities and/or authorities Entities Processing of infrastructure tasks (e.g. procurement of office and work material, signs, organisation of relocations and interfaces to facility management) and creation and archiving of documents
