Your goal: a living community that carries and develops our performance culture. Communication with effect They create messages that inspire – targeted, creative and channel-specific. Whether video, graphics or text: your communication creates real connection and ensures that our topics arrive and work sustainably. Digital platform design They serve a central digital platform for the program, use it as a community hub and develop interactive user experiences with a view to the needs of the target groups. Coordination & stakeholder management They orchestrate the cooperation with the board of directors, internal stakeholders and the programme team – for a joint strategic orientation and visible change. Event formats & Storytelling They design, organize and moderate innovative dialogue formats – from the digital event to the storyboard for success examples from the organization Convincing profile You have completed your studies in organizational development, communication sciences, psychology, sociology, economic psychology or a comparable degree course, as well as at least 5 years of professional experience in organizational development, change management or community management Community expertise & digital competence You have experience in building, management and activating communities Communication strength & creativity You can bring complex topics to the point, prepare them for target groups and implement them in various media formats (e.g. short videos, visuals, contributions) Structure & ownership They work independently, think strategically and at the same time bring a high level of implementation – most preferably in the team Passion for Culture & Transformation They burn for cultural development, agile work and innovative impulses to sustain organizations About the area Do you have a passion for cultural transformations in companies and want to achieve sustainable results?
