Credit Analysis & Transaction Support: Conduct in-depth financial and business analysis of corporate clients, prepare credit proposals, and coordinate approvals with Relationship Management, Risk, Legal, and Product teams.
Portfolio Oversight & Data Quality: Monitor exposures, financial performance, covenants, and collateral. Support periodic credit reviews and MI reporting, ensuring compliance with EBA Loan Origination & Monitoring Guidelines.

Collaboration & Governance: Work close with 1st and 2nd Line teams to deliver high-quality credit outcomes while ensuring adherence to governance and regulatory standards.
New Product Development: Assist in planning and delivering new banking products and embedding credit procedures into the Bank's risk framework.
Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field; advanced qualifications (CFA, CEFA) are a plus. Several years of experience in Corporate or Institutional Banking, with expertise in credit analysis, underwriting, and portfolio management. Strong knowledge of lending and trade finance structures, documentation, and covenant frameworks. Advanced financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel, Power BI/Tableau; Python or SQL knowledge is an advantage. Familiarity with credit systems (Moody's Risk Analyst, Bloomberg, S&P Capital IQ) and regulatory guidelines (EBA, MaRisk). Excellent English skills; German or Dutch is a plus. Strong analytical mindset, stakeholder management, and communication skills. High level of ownership, precision, and ability to deliver under pressure.
