Understanding and designing requirements: You identify and guide the process of requesting – with a feeling for business needs and technological trends. Advice at eye level: You support the further development of our processes, promote innovation and advise on technological options and feasibility – always close to the latest IT solutions. Smart demand management: You validate requirements, supplement them technically if necessary and assists with effort assessments and strategic planning of developments. Ready for Launch: You develop requirements together with the process vendors to the final implementation maturity – supported by our IT specialists along the entire value chain. Tech-Checks & Troubleshooting: You check technical concepts for compliance with requirements, track hurdles and eliminate them – professional and process. Master of Collaboration: You coordinate the cooperation between process management, specialist departments and development teams, moderate workshops, maintain timelines and support the mediation of agile principles – so that innovation is not a coincidence.

You have a degree in the field of (economic) informatics, engineering, BWL or bring comparable qualifications and experiences from the IT environment. You have experience in absorbing, structuring requirements and developing innovative solutions. You are fit in agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban and understand how to bring teams from disciplines and IT together. You communicate clearly, empathically and solution-oriented – even in complex technical or organizational issues. You work independently, think with you and want to help shape processes and try something new. Bonus: You may even have gained experience in the environment of energy supply, municipal works or municipal infrastructure.
