Junior Global Mobility Manager (m/f/d)

You support the holistic support of cross-border employee assignments and communication with key stakeholders (leaders and employees). You are responsible for the coordination and execution of the shipment, taking into account social insurance, labour and tax aspects. You are actively involved in the optimization and implementation of our internal mailing policies. You will set up checklists and guidelines for our decentralized units in compliance with statutory requirements and group internal guidelines. You support the analysis and risk assessment of complex issues in all dimensions (immigration, tax, social security and laboratory / legal) as well as the development and implementation of concrete solutions. You act as an interface to corporate tax and payroll as part of tax compliance on topics such as business premises, pay tax and international HR colleagues.

You have a successfully completed study of economics, preferably with the focus on international human resources management, taxes, financial accounting or a similar qualification. You have already gained first knowledge in Expat Management / Global Mobility. You bring knowledge in social security law and in the field of work and residence permits. You have the ability to successfully communicate between different interest groups and you have a reliable working style and team skills. You bring a good analytical ability, strong consulting skills and self-initiative. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing complete your profile.
