Analysis, design and optimization of business processes independent conception, implementation and implementation of process optimization projects Takeover of project lines – order clarification, planning, control to successful acceptance – and special tasks Advice on and implementation of standardization, automation and digitalization of business processes Synchronization of business processes of the department Damage with cross-company projects and processes Conducting workshops to define and implement process standards Support of the (technical) further development of the department Damage including creation of specialist concepts and business cases Monitoring technical developments and emerging trends in the insurance market or comparable markets, e.g. the use of Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
