Operational management support in operational day-to-day business, ensuring the smooth production process planning, control and monitoring of all production processes in assembly, Participation in material procurement and resource planning Control and compliance with regular testing processes in the context of QM requirements from medical technology Stakeholder management and interdisciplinary communication with internal departments and external partners (purchasing, R&E, Sales, Suppliers) Continuous optimization of organization structures (error analysis, improvement projects, etc.)

Completed technical education, e.g. as a state-tested technician or master (m/w/d) in the fields of mechatronics, metal, precision mechanics or a comparable discipline Professional experience in shopfloor management taking into account the Lean principles Understanding the processes of leanly organised production sites, in particular in the fields of materials management and CVP First experience in managing employees, including team management, personnel responsibility and operational control Secure user knowledge in the MS Office Suite and Dynamics 365 Embossed hand-on mentality, high self-motivation and fun at work in the team Focus on accuracy, strong quality and responsibility German and good knowledge of English in word and writing
