Individually responsible, cross-disciplinary management of the Line-Owner team in challenging and complex automation projects, from order intake to development and realization to production start and beyond to reaching the established production and quality objectives Methodological organisation and coordination of the project in close coordination with the responsible department manager or ext. Leadership Partner of the respective programme Central link between the local and, in particular, global programme managers in the Group and the establishment of a network connected with it Totally responsible cross-departmental control and control of the operational realization of the cost and timely project milestones Own-responsibility to ensure the communication and information flow between the Line Owner Team and the affected group response partners Self-responsibility for a highly professional and meaningful project reporting including evaluation and analysis of results and definition of the next steps

Knowledge and skills acquired as a rule by the completion of at least 4 years of higher education in the fields of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or industrial engineering, and expertise through multi-year (more than two years) specific professional experience.
