Your tasks:

As a working student (m/w/d), you support our Lease Contracting Team with the following responsible tasks: Creation, negotiation and conclusion of property-related leases/use agreements based on the framework contractual arrangements including the necessary installations Ensuring contract cancellation and archiving Coordination with customers on site-concrete topics within the scope of the framework contract Management, creation and execution of terminations, lease adjustments Indexing, as well as guarantees and security management Maintenance of contract data in commercial systems Implementation of a qualitative second examination in commercial systems

Your skills:

You are currently studying Bachelor or Master of Economics, Business Informatics, Real Estate Management or in a comparable degree program. The following skills and knowledge complete your profile: Ideally, first experience in contract management or willingness to acquire it Rapid opinion Basic understanding in handling SAP Safe handling of IT products around MS Office Outstanding team skills and commitment Interest in process optimization and digitization approaches German in word and writing at C1 level
