Analysis, visualization and continuous optimization of end-to-end processes in logistics and supply chain. Creation, documentation and implementation of standardized processes (sOPs, manuals, guidelines) and management of knowledge databases such as confluence. Acquisition of ERP key user role, support of ongoing system extensions and coordination of ERP and WMS projects. Support in the creation of load/plies, impact on change requests, testing support and support of releases. Moderation of workshops, planning and organisation of training and active support of change management measures. Development of KPI systems, creation of dashboards and reports to ensure transparency and performance monitoring along the supply chain. Identification and implementation of best practices as well as innovative technologies focusing on digitalization and automation. Support and further development of infor-nexus processes as well as active integration in the supply chain context.

Complete studies in logistics, business management, business informatics or a comparable field or at least 5 years of professional experience as a business analyst (or comparable role) in the context of logistics, warehouse or supply chain. Funded knowledge in project and process management (Requirements Management, BPM, Test Management). practical experience as an ERP key user, ideally with ERP and WMS project experience; Knowledge of Infor LN/M3 is advantageous. Experience in KPI development and reporting. Experience with the Infor Nexus software is a plus. Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing. Analytical thinkability, rapid understanding, proactive functioning and pronounced team orientation.
