This is how your (future) day looks:

• You enter our guests during your stay
• On the day you take control tours throughout the hotel
• You are the main contact partner for our Marriott Bonvoy guests and VIPs
• In complaints, you keep an overview and act confidently in communication with our guests
• Overview of Safety & Security Affairs at the hotel
• You take over the task of Managers on Duty Services
• You run crisis plans for emergencies and forward all necessary messages to the right places

We wish you:

• You have a completed training as a hotel specialist or hotel businessman/wife
• You could already gain professional experience in the area of Guest Experience / Guest Relation or at the reception and enjoy growing in our team
• You smile without effort, have a warm contact on the phone and a well-kept appearance
• You like to take responsibility and look forward to working in an international team
• It makes you happy to be a contact person at eye level for our guests and to reliably process the requests and wishes
• You ideally have opera skills and good MS Office knowledge
• You communicate in German and English with our international guests and the team
• Discretion is a matter of course for you
