Commercial customer advisor / real estate agent (m/f/d)

In a team, You act as an operator (m/w/d) of a fixed inventory and are responsible for your quarter in terms of maintenance, cleanliness and order tasks in our local objects and apartments. You are the first contact point for our customers in all questions about the rental agreement. This includes the commercial support of the current rental conditions, the settlement of the cancelled rental conditions and the preparatory measures for new rentals. You carry out housing visits, transfers and removals independently and create allowances, agreements and permits. You are also a contact person (m/w/d) for external social service providers, authorities and institutions related to active and former leases. The complaint management and the processing of tenant requests are also part of your task. You process invoices and installments, as well as reminders and commission housing solutions. Furthermore, you accept damage reports and forward them to the relevant technician. You are responsible for the economic development of your inventory based on appropriate framework parameters while maintaining budget requirements.

You have completed commercial training in the real estate industry or a comparable qualification with experience in the housing industry. Funded knowledge in MS Office bring you with, knowledge in Aareon Wodis Yuneo are desirable. You have a class B licence. You also have a strong communication capability as well as customer-oriented thinking and acting.
