Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Location Kriftel in Main-Taunus County approx. 800 sqm sales area

Staff and leadership responsibility for a team of currently 9 employees Motivation and development of your team to be successful together Coordination of all internal processes including Cash and inventory Selling appearance of your store Seasonal presentation of our goods to about 800 sqm of heavily frequented sales area Work on the area and optimal customer service with regard to consulting and selling our products

A qualification as a retail trader or a comparable qualification with experience in the service sector (m/w/d) in retail Business thinking and acting Excellent leadership qualities and enforcement strength A goal-oriented and result-oriented operation Passion for fashion and shoes
