For the “Sales – Customer” section we are looking for

Stolberg | 01.07.2025 | Full time (38 hours/week) | fixed – 2 years Implementation of personnel deployment planning in the intraday control internally and at the interface to service providers Implementation and monitoring (including reporting) and quality assurance of all contract components of all energy, water and heat customers, as well as ensuring a breakability of all non-commodity energy products (e.g. charging column lease, PV systems) from Lima Build customer account and client placement in Lima to ensure contract management and billability Implementation, monitoring (incl. reporting) and quality assurance of both sales service-relevant processes of electronic data exchange according to GPKE (electricity) and GeLi Gas as well as the measurement site operating processes with all participating market partners (e.g. execution of customer applications/reports at the VNB, change reports etc.) Communication with customers and market partners in questions and complaints

(m/w/d) or alternatively completed commercial training in combination with professional experience independent work (hands-on mentality) Safe handling of MS Office
