• Projektmanagement

Implementation of planned maintenance work on all production facilities, from simple tools, tools and devices to workstations and complex machines and plants Analysis and elimination of machine and plant disruptions to minimize downtime times Support and implement the change to preventive and predictive maintenance (TPM), taking into account current trends such as: digitalization and artificial intelligence Calibration and maintenance of measuring and testing equipment according to standards and customer requirements Creation and maintenance of maintenance plans, fault logs and maintenance reports in the ERP/MES system Analysis and evaluation of process indicators, improvement of processes and the provision of incoming process disturbances Coordination and cooperation with machine manufacturers and external service partners in complex problems and repairs

Successfully completed technical training; a further development to the master or technician is advantageous Multiannual professional experience in the maintenance of production plants, preferably in the electronics production environment Understanding control and automation technology as well as basic knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics and electrical engineering Structured and analytical approach as well as careful, precise and self-responsive operation Experience with computer-supported maintenance tools are advantageous High communication and team skills and strong flexibility
