For our new location in the heart of Ravensburg we are looking for team assistance from September 2025. You have the opportunity to participate in a highly motivated and dynamic team led by experienced experts. In close connection and cooperation with our Stuttgart location, you are the reliable contact person in the office and for the entire team in Ravensburg. You are looking forward to taking responsibility for a variety of administrative and organizational tasks and making sure everything goes round. You deal with general correspondences and optimierst audit reports and offers in formal and stylistic terms. In addition, you will create professional PowerPoint presentations. Thanks to your strong organizational stylist, you support the team during appointment coordination and always keep a cool head in stressful situations. In addition, you help with time tracking and facility. You are the first contact point for our clients, both personally and by telephone, and represent our company to the outside.

In addition to your very good German skills, you will bring a successfully completed commercial training (e.g. Kauffrau/Kaufmann für Büromanagement, Office-Assistent, Rechtsanwaltsfachanarbeiter/r, Notarfachanarbeiter/r, Hotelfachfrau/Hotelfachmann) or a completed study (e.g. German Studies).
