Their role is clearly operational: You plan and control the flow of laundry in the 2-shift operation, ensure optimal workflows and ensure that all washing and control processes run smoothly. At the same time, you develop processes and ensure that your team delivers reliable performance.

Professional leadership and development of a team with about 25 employees incl. Staff deployment planning ensuring a stable, efficient and quality-safe production flow including Verification of systems such as metering and washing systems Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene and safety standards Optimize workflows, machine occupancy and personnel use Close coordination with adjacent interfaces and departments for smooth operation

Complete training, e.g. as a textile cleaner (master) or studies in the technical or production-related environment (textile technology, process engineering, production) Multiannual professional experience in the operational management of a production area and the control and optimization of production processes - ideally in textile cleaning, laundry and a comparable industrial environment Leadership and a good sense in dealing with heterogeneous teams, preferably in a multicultural environment Structured and solution-oriented operation with pronounced hands-on mentality Experience with Lean Management or similar methods of advantage
