Production Manager Textile Services (m/f/d)

Management & Responsibility: You guide a team of over 100 employees in the two-shift system and create a motivating working environment. Layer control: You run and support our layer lines and ensure a smooth production process. Staff deployment planning: You plan personnel deployment efficiently and ensure optimal utilisation and productivity. Collaboration: You develop measures for the long-term motivation and binding of your team members. Lean Management & Processes: You analyze production processes and implement Lean methods to increase efficiency and quality. Quality & Security: You ensure compliance with our quality and safety standards in the production environment.

Qualification: You have completed your studies in the field of engineering, production technology, business management, or you have a comparable qualification (e.g. technician or master degree). Professional experience: You bring 2–3 years of experience in a comparable position in production, logistics or a similar environment. Management competence: You have experience in leading larger teams and convince by communication strength and motivation. Planning strength: You have strong skills in personnel deployment planning and process optimization. Analysis & problem solution: You think analytically, you can identify optimization potentials and consistently implement solutions.
