Reference number: a0tbI00000XeN6FQAV You independently process all activities to book the receivables (based on IFRS, HGB and tax laws) and ensure that all customer payment transactions are received and posted on time You assume the process responsibility for the receivable management, as well as the company-internal booking of the sales invoices, credits, direct debits and post charges Responsibility for operating (addance, processing return) and balancing of factoring Contact with external and internal customers, global subsidiaries, sales representatives, banks, etc. in German and English Voting with external and internal banks as part of the monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts Interaction with internal stakeholders such as customer service, sales and treasury for the settlement and reduction of the receivable stock

You have a successfully completed professional training Ideally, you will bring a training to the account holder/in or financial account holder/in with Multiannual relevant professional experience required in debitor accounting, ideally in the industrial environment Knowledge of German and international accounting (HGB, IFRS) and basic knowledge of the relevant tax sectors (in particular USt) Secure handling of SAP-R3 and MS Office, ideally experience with SAP-S4/HANA Good, conversation-proof English knowledge required
