Expansion and repowering of our existing photovoltaic parks as well as hybridization of wind farms and integration of battery storage Self-responsible and independent control of all planning and approval steps to obtain the building and operating permits, including commissioning of all services and coordination or Support of construction planning and approval procedures Coordination of all project participants such as land acquisition, municipalities, authorities, experts and city planners Creation of location-related planning documents or Commissioning this Construction and maintenance of stakeholder relationships Takeover of budget and appointment responsibility for the supervised projects Identification and evaluation of project sites including requests from landowners in the field of renewable energies

That's what you bring

Complete study of spatial/regional planning, geography, economic engineering, energy management, real estate management or comparable qualification At least six years of professional experience in the development of renewable energy projects Alternatively, at least ten years of experience in real estate development Knowledge of construction planning and construction law Experience in dealing with municipalities and licensing authorities Representative team and communication skills as well as independent and structured work High level of autonomy and self-initiative Negotiations and sovereign occurrence Great commitment in project-related work with the willingness to participate in evening and on-site appointments German language skills at native level
