About us: The Hotel zur Kutsche in Oberschöna stands for warm hospitality and an honest, tasteful kitchen. We pamper our guests with popular natural classics and traditional Saxon specialities. To strengthen our kitchen team, we are looking for a motivated cook or cook in full-time or part-time.

These are your tasks:

• Fresh preparation: They cook independently good-bourgeois and Saxon dishes for our à la carte business as well as for celebrations.
• Creative design: They bring their own ideas for our menu and regional action weeks.
• Warning: They control the receipt of goods, store food professionally and pay attention to economic efficiency.
• Cleanliness:** They strictly comply with the hygiene and HACCP standards in the kitchen.

Take this with you:

• Qualification: A successfully completed training as a cook/kitchen.
• Experience: First professional experience in gastronomy or hotel industry is a plus, but also dedicated professionals are welcome.
• Leidenschaft: True enthusiasm for traditional and good-bourgeois cuisine and a high standard of quality.
• Team spirit: They work structured, keep an overview even in peak times and are a real team player.
