Your tasks:

• Planning and construction monitoring of small high and engineering projects in water supply
• Contractor representation for quality, cost and performance control of external service providers
• Support of project engineers in the planning and monitoring of larger construction projects
• Cooperation within the framework of the construction coordination of technical equipment in several trades
• Close cooperation with all project participants

Your qualifications:

• State-certified technician (m/w/d) in the field of high/low construction or Water or pipeline construction or similar qualification
• Good knowledge of theoretical and practical construction issues (VOB part A-C)
• Secure handling of relevant software programs (MS-Office, AVA software)
• Knowledge of construction and engineering
• Cost, quality and time consciousness
• Team skills
• Communication strength
