Executive Assistant - Project Management / Communication / Analysis (m/w/d)

You support management in the planning, development and implementation of strategic initiatives You conduct and coordinate key projects with high priority, including milestone monitoring and reporting You provide decision-relevant information, analyze and provide it to the management You support internal and external communication and act as a link between management and other departments or partners:inside You organize and monitor the calendar of management, prioritize appointments and tasks, book travel and managst expenses as well as administrative activities You are the first contact person in all relevant topics in everyday office and play a key role in organizing corporate events in cooperation with the HR team

You have at least 3–5 years of experience in a comparable role, e.g. in project management, business development or as an assistant to the management You have excellent skills in the analysis and interpretation of data and in the development of action recommendations You have excellent written and oral communication skills in German and English You are versed in dealing with common office tools, project management software and data-based analysis tools You think strategically and you can see the “big relationships” while at the same time you handle operational details. You are proactive, show your own initiative and work independently before becoming a challenge
