Initiation, planning and control of the galenical and analytical development of finished medicinal products over the entire development cycle until validation on a commercial scale Leadership of an interdisciplinary internal project team Evaluation of potential finished product development projects on galenical and analytical feasibility Identification of appropriate development and manufacturing partners and negotiation and conclusion of the related contracts Technical support for the work of the development and manufacturing partners and the proper preparation of technical documents Interface between internal project team and external technical partners

You have successfully completed your natural science studies, preferably pharmacy, ideally with doctorate in pharmaceutical technology or analytics You have at least 3 years of practical experience in the development and ideally in the production of finished medicinal products You have proven analytical and galenical expertise You perform convincingly, work structured and have experience in managing an interdisciplinary project team You think entrepreneurial and are also characterized by your clear result orientation and proactive approach You are experienced in dealing with GxP requirements and creating and implementing a project budget Good knowledge of German and very good knowledge of English in word and writing
