As a professional specialist consultant, you are responsible for the successful further development of existing customer relationships both in a technical and economic sense. You focus on the needs of your customers and develop customized solutions. They develop successful concepts with the sales/ and marketing team and implement them effectively for customers. They support the Area-Sales Manager in customer acquisitions and various customer retention programs. You are responsible for the organization and implementation of specialist training and targeted consulting with your customers. You are actively following developments in the healthcare sector and are targeted at opportunities for your company. They work independently and independently within the defined region. You will report directly to the management of the specialist consultancy, which will help you quickly start your new responsibility.

They have completed training as health care or nursing staff and may at least: 3 years of professional experience in this environment They are characterized by a self-responsible, structured and analytical way of thinking and working in both technical and commercial terms. You can listen well, ask appropriate strategic questions and derive and implement individual solutions. They have a strong motivation to work independently and purposefully, as well as to actively shape change processes. They are characterized by their high readiness to travel. They convince by a safe handling of MS-Office.
