You guide your team in the major renovation and modernization measures as well as in the design of the parks in the course of new construction measures of our quarters You carry out construction projects in the outdoor area of our residential analgae You create the scale and documentation of the work done You start pathways You build fences, terasses and playgrounds You carry out small repair work in our homes You work with modern construction equipment and machines You are responsible for implementing the requirements of the building manager in your team

You bring professional experience in green care or a similar activity You have a class B driving licence, BE desirable You could gain first experience in organizing workflows Ideally, you have already led a small team You like to work in the team and value a careful and quality-oriented way of working
