You conduct the OP-Tageskoordination across the site according to the regulations of the OP Rules of Procedure You coordinate the daily resource balance and an optimal process organization in the outpatient OP-Zentrum Elmshorn as well as in the central operations at the Elmshorn and Pinneberg sites. You agree with the departments and functional services You integrily follow-up surgery and emergencies in the daily routine and, in coordination with the sub-coordinators of the function services, coordinate the provision of surgical materials and medical devices You ensure compliance with hygiene regulations, quality standards, medical guidelines and legal requirements You support the OP Manager in the analysis of processes and in the deescalation / escalation of conflicts You work closely with the OP Manager in the team-OP management and are its representation

You have a training for surgical assistance or a three-year training as a nursing specialist and many years of experience in the function service OP of a central surgery Ideally, you have successfully completed a degree in health care management or a related degree course and also have a qualification in surgery management You bring proven professional experience in the management of an OP coordination team and a strong expertise in the execution organization of a central operation with You are a true organizational talent and you are characterized by a structured way of working as well as by a “hands-on holding” You have a high social competence and are happy to work with people from different professional groups You keep quiet even in hectic situations and always keep an overview
