As contact person:in for tenants, you also support the processing of concerns and complaints Rent law & receivables management: First contractual questions you are increasingly working independently and supported in legal transactions, for example in connection with terminations, contractual violations or rental increases. Also on issues of receivable management and cooperation with lawyers: you will also participate Trustees, evaluations & object sales: For the trustee, you will provide information and evaluations about tenants: inside, objects, rental development and master data. Real estate qualification: You have successfully completed a training for the real estate business:mann or a comparable qualification and want to further develop your knowledge in the lease management Interest in Rental Management & Rental: First experiences in real estate management, lease management or rental are of advantage.
