You take over the responsible local construction management of our construction projects – from the construction phase to the turnkey transfer. You are responsible for the cost, appointment and quality monitoring and create and update schedules and schedules. You coordinate and monitor the use of personnel and the performance of our entrepreneurs. You shall ensure compliance with the applicable labour, environmental, health and safety rules. You are central contact persons for authorities, employees, subcontractors and other project participants.
