Planning, construction and accreditation of the analytical laboratory with chemical and biochemical analysis at the Cuxhaven site and, if necessary, Bremerhaven according to ISO/IEC 17025 Development, validation and establishment of analytical methods, in particular for the quantification of vitamins and other feed additives Implementation and maintenance of a quality management system for the QC laboratory including (further) development and monitoring of laboratory-specific SOPs, CAPA processes and deviation handling Training and qualification of laboratory and QM personnel to relevant standards and systems Interface coordination between research, production and external partners First contact for external auditors and certification bodies

Complete study of chemistry or biochemistry, ideally with focus on analysis Multiannual professional experience in an analytical laboratory, ideally in the field of food or feed Experience with laboratory building, accreditation and quality management systems Leadership, organisational strength and a structured, independent working German and good knowledge of English Safe handling of the common M365 systems
