Company description

Private and commercial housing as well as the purchase and sale of real estate have always been our core business. The real estate is transferred via a network of independent brokers - we would like to expand this team further.

Your tasks: As a self-employed broker, you serve your customers from initial contact to the notary appointment and beyond. You conduct viewing appointments, maintain and expand our common network around the property, evaluate and market objects and are also active in the acquisition. You will be supported by a service office that takes you many of the administrative activities. Through a cooperation agreement, we regulate the direct connection to us as a Volksbank, via which consultants a large part of the customer potentials for the purchase and sale of real estate are communicated to you.

Requested knowledge: Ideally, you should be able to rely on experience and great expertise in real estate placement. Self-confident appearance, independent working, high liability and, of course, the fun of the task and dealing with people should be your outstanding features.
