Tasks: Technical support of the sales team Independent communication with customers (brake system manufacturers, operators and vehicle manufacturers) Definition and management of product development processes for implementing customer requirements and product certifications Support of customers in vehicle certifications Preparation of test specifications for test bench and vehicle tests as well as preparation and monitoring of vehicle tests across Europe Create reporting and evaluations Support in complaints and internal customer and quality audits Preparation and production of prototypes Representative of the association of friction material manufacturers in technical committees and working groups across Europe

Requirements Bachelor or Master degree in Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Industrial Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Process Engineering or Chemical Engineering Software knowledge: CAE/CAD software (Creo preferred), Ansys and MathCad advantageous Extensive experience in the rail vehicle industry Very good communication skills in German as well as reliable English skills Self-employed, customer-oriented, solution-oriented Embossed team capacity Open mindset Travel readiness of up to 20%
