Create the interface between the department, the development team (internal/external) and the system operation. Advise the subject area with regard to optimization possibilities and acceptance of requirements. Create process models, user stories, use cases and interface specifications as a default for the developers. Maintain the documentation and solve support cases. You have successfully completed your studies in computer science/economics or comparable vocational training/study. They have extensive system knowledge in ef3/efx/ efonline from Efcom and have already played a leading role in the introduction or further development or in the customizing of the solution at a factoring institute. They have a high process analysis and problem-solving competence and, in addition, a fast understanding, combined with flexibility and target orientation. Ideally, you have already gained experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and/or relevant business processes in factoring. They work independently and are constantly ready to learn.
