HR Technology Expert (m/f/d)

As HR Technology Expert (m/w/d), you play a central role in the care and development of our HR system landscape. You control interfaces, data bases and processes for smooth operation of our HR systems and actively promote the digital development of our HR work. The following tasks come to you: support and support of the HR system landscape: You are one of the key players for our internal departments, executives and employees in matters relating to our HR systems, in particular P&I LOGA and ATOSS, and supports the optimal use of the systems in the daily business. Analysis and processing of inquiries and incidents: You analyze enquiries and error messages from the specialist areas, develop suitable solutions and, together with the team, ensure a smooth running of our HR processes. Further development of HR systems and processes: You bring your ideas into the optimization of existing processes and support the introduction of new requirements in the context of digitalization, automation and system development. Working in HR system projects: You actively participate in projects such as system adaptations, migrations or the connection of new interfaces and support the successful implementation of technical and technical requirements. Data management and quality assurance: You provide high data quality, prepare HR data in a structured manner and support in the analysis, care and continuous improvement of our data and process landscape. Compliance and data protection: You ensure compliance with data protection, compliance and security requirements within the HR system landscape and control the role and user rights.

HR systems are your passion and you understand connecting personal economic processes with the right technical solutions. You are convinced by a structured, self-responsible and reliable operation and always keeps an overview even with a variety of interfaces. In addition, you will bring: completed studies (Bachelor / Master) in economics, business informatics or a comparable discipline, preferably with the focus of IT, digitization or human resources. knowledge of personal business processes, e.g. pay billing, time management or personnel administration; Multiannual experience in the payroll environment are beneficial Very good user knowledge of P&I LOGA; ideally complemented by experiences with other IT and HR systems and interface solutions, such as SAP SuccessFactors Embossed service and solution orientation as well as the ability to convey complex issues in a manner that is addressable and understandable First experience in projects and a good understanding of process relationships English language skills
