Coordination and professional management of the System Analysis team Project planning and monitoring of all system artifacts of the team at the sub-system level with regard to time, quality and budget to achieve the project milestones Ensuring the assignment of subcontractors for external procurement of system artifacts on the sub-system level Resource planning for projects and ensuring cooperation all development participants in technical matters Support for technical project management and development core teams at the acquisition by means of technical concepts, Cost assessment, review of compliance matrix and milestones Working with the creation of the system artifacts at the sub-system level System and use case analysis, feature specification, functional and logical Decoration of the feature

University degree in the field of electrical engineering, mechatronics, vehicle engineering, Physics or comparable Experience in the professional leadership of teams Multiannual experience in system development according to V-model and with Product development processes in the military or automotive sector Multiannual experience in Systems Engineering, Requirements Engineering and/or technical project management of advantage knowledge of system development with system architectures, MBSE and DOORS, DOORS NG advantageous Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing Impressed communication and team capacity, enforcement capacity and Loadability and good knowledge of change management
