Controller (gn) - 30–40 hours / week - Leipzig

Place of work: Leipzig (DE) Controlling with substance: You are responsible for meaningful analyses, reports and forecasts and develop our controlling instruments further Take responsibility for the project: You implement independent controlling projects – from conception to technical implementation Figures as basis of decision: You perform target-actual comparisons, deviation analyses and ad-hoc evaluations – structured, precise, termintreu In the middle of the change: You work solution-oriented, think agile and keep a cool head under pressure Collaboration at eye level: You work closely with other controllers and colleagues from Finance, Tech and Business – in German and English

Expertise: Completed studies (BWL, Finance, etc.) and multiannual experience in controlling Analytical & conceptual thinking: You understand complex relationships, think structured and develop feasible solutions with effect Technology & innovation affinity: You bring very good Excel and Power Query skills and ideally have experience with SharePoint. You are interested in new technological possibilities and have a real affinity for digital tools – especially in the context of the current further development of our systems and processes, e.g. by using AI solutions such as Copilot or ChatGPT Digital additional tools (Nice to have): SAP Hana, Adaptive, Tableau, Power Automate, Office Scripts, Python Language sovereignty: You communicate clearly, safely and professionally – in German and English Working style: You work independently, structured and resilient. Our team meets on Tuesdays in the Leipzig office, otherwise we work flexibly remote – this fits your style
