Student trainees in the Operations department within the Know Your Customer team (m/f/d)

As part of your student work (max. 20 hours per week) we offer you a comprehensive insight into the organization of the bank with the following tasks: Support of the KYC team in operational day-to-day business, in particular in the testing and maintenance of customer and master data Participation in the implementation of KYC and money laundering audits (e.g. Know Your Customer, economically authorised, risk classifications) Support in the introduction of a new AI-based KYC tool, including testing, data processing and professional support Working in project-related tasks around process optimization and digitization in the KYC environment Close cooperation with colleagues from Compliance, Sales and IT

You will preferably study economic, legal, financial, economic information or a comparable course of study (at least 4 semesters) Ideally, you could gain first experiences through an internship or training You are interested in regulatory issues, compliance, KYC and digital and AI-based solutions You work conscientiously, carefully, structured and responsible You have an analytical mindset and joy in working on new topics You are safe to use MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams) and ideally have first experiences with data or IT systems You have very good German knowledge in word and writing and English skills are of advantage You are convinced by team spirit, reliability and motivation to actively introduce and shape yourself
