Application: Supply Chain Location: Erfurt Job-ID: 19101 As a SAP super user, you take responsibility for our SCM-worn modules such as SAP LE, EWM, GTS and MM. You will design understandable documentation as well as practical training documents to further develop our users in specialist training. You take care of the correction of consumption bookings that cannot be implemented directly in the operating daily business. You continuously develop our systems and processes while you support users in the SAP systems and in the KELVIN system (PAS). Error analyses in the SAP systems are carried out as part of the first and second-level support and fix them in close cooperation with IT and process management. In addition, you will be involved in SAP workshops and participate in the planning, organization and testing of system changes and releases in the logistics environment. In addition to working in exciting SCM projects, you support the operating daily business, pflegst SAP master data and start important evaluations as well as key figures.

Successfully completed training as an industrial or forwarding businessman, alternatively a comparable qualification, whereby a technical background is also possible. Founded professional experience, ideally paired with practice in production, logistics and business management. Enthusiasm for IT topics, a safe handling of MS Office or Google Workspace and SAP. You ideally have good English skills (B1/B2) for professional exchange. Ideally, you are enjoying knowledge transfer and already have first experience in the implementation of user training.
