Your tasks:

• Leadership of the inside-sales team (technical and disciplinary).

• Development and implementation of sales strategies to increase business success.

Your profile:

• Complete studies in business management, sales management or similar training.

• Multiannual sales experience, ideally inside sales, as well as leadership experience.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Secure handling of CRM systems and MS Office.

• Analytical way of thinking and structured, result-oriented way of working.

• Team player with high personal motivation.
