Your future job:

You are working as Scrum Master (m/w/d) for our customer Airbus Defence and Space at the Ulm site.

Your tasks:

• Supporting several Scrum teams to implement Scrum principles and practices
• Cooperation with Product Owns, Developers and other stakeholders to ensure that goals and expectations are clear and achievable
• Training and workshops to improve the understanding and application of Agile and Scrum
• Presentation of meetings (stand-ups, sprint planning and reviews, retrospectives)
• Support in implementing Agile practices and tools to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the teams

Your profile:

• Complete study of computer science or comparable qualification
• Multiannual professional experience in agile software development and agile project environment
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification
• Experience with Agile tools like Jira, Confluence or similar
• German and English knowledge in word and writing
