Senior IT-Architect – LAN/WAN/Infrastruktur (m/w/d)

The PoD2 area is responsible for the Service Lifecycle Architecture as well as the problem of support for all service modules and works with comprehensive development projects. Automation & Engineering is responsible for architecture for a variety of system and service management applications. With automation, we support the performance of the departments. You can make your work mainly from home office, but are always invited to meet with colleagues on site at regular intervals.

Design and planning of network (LAN, WAN) and infrastructure management systems

Control of product upgrades and implementation of technology change

Creation of system architectures and integration solutions in compliance with applicable standards and standards, as well as safety requirements

Requirement assessment, evaluation of new technological trends and creation of service-specific solution designs

Creation of technical concepts (architecture, implementation, security and migration concepts)

Cooperation in interdisciplinary teams to create complex solutions

Successfully completed studies with computer science reference or comparable to at least 5 years of relevant professional experience

Participation in applications and management systems in the field of network (LAN, WAN) or infrastructure

Knowledge of how to use Software Defined Networks is desirable

Knowledge and experience with products from Cisco, Nokia and Secunet are desirable
