THE WORK

• Control the telephone system / relay the incoming calls
• Reception of visitors
• Covering and clearing of meeting rooms on all floors
• Monitoring hosting coordination / stocks and order inventory
• Service coffee machines
• Monitoring Office Material Management / Order Code
• Monitoring deliveries and receiving (packaging services etc.)
• Car park management
• Takeover of internal administrative tasks as required

THE BRINGS

• You can also cross-entry through professional training and experience in the service/service sector
• You have fun working in the team
• You have good computer skills in the MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and a high IT efficiency
• You are flexible in working time design (beforeday, as well as in the afternoon)
• Reliability, readiness and communication skills complete your profile
