As a sales consultant in the field, you act as a specialist consultant for our customers. You will ensure a professional sale of our extensive product range in your sales area. With creativity and commitment, you maintain your customer relationships. With your convincing way, you will win new customers for the BayWa and expand our market position. You create tailor-made offers for our customers who track and process you sustainably. The events on the market and competition are always in your eye and take into account these in the pursuit of your sales goals in close cooperation with your colleagues.

You have technical and/or commercial training, ideally with agricultural orientation. If you have already gained experience in agricultural engineering sales, this is perfect. In any case, you have a class B license and control the MS Office applications. As a sales consultant in the field, you will be happy to pack and convince our customers with your personality. With enthusiasm you sell our Premium Landtechnik product range. You are a sales talent and can be measured at your successes. You have fun organizing and designing your working day independently.
