In the function as head of the school office, you control and control the strategic and operational tasks of the entire office and are responsible for personnel management and development. You work closely with the school administrations, the State School Office, the Hessian Ministry of Culture, Education and Opportunities as well as other offices of the city administration and represent your office in municipal and supra-regional bodies as well as in public communication. You will also prepare and accompany political decision-making processes (proposals for magistrate, committees, city council meetings). You are responsible for managing the budget and resource management of the school office.
